Terms of service

By using nationlimo.com or booking transportation with Nation Limo you agree to these terms. Reservations are contracts for professional ground transportation dispatched through our chauffeur network.

Booking and fares

Quotes shown in the booking widget are confirmed when you complete checkout. Vehicle class, stops, wait time, and extra services can change the fare. Airport pickups require accurate flight information when you have it.

Cancellations

Modify or cancel in the passenger portal when the reservation rules allow. Inside four hours of pickup, call (617) 874-0018 so dispatch can still act. Late cancels and no-shows may be charged as stated at checkout.

Conduct

Passengers must follow chauffeur and venue instructions. Nation Limo may refuse or end a trip that is unsafe or unlawful. Damage or excessive cleaning may be billed.

Limitation

Service is provided by professional chauffeurs on the network. To the extent permitted by law, Nation Limo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under Massachusetts law.
