Coverage

Wherever the meeting is

New York and Boston are our home markets, with our own licensed operations. Beyond them, your traveller is met by a vetted local chauffeur — booked on your account, briefed by our dispatchers, and watched from our desk from the moment the flight lands.

Two home markets, run by us

New York and Boston are where we hold the credentials, run the dispatch and carry the fleet depth. New York operations are performed by Saros Transportation Group, holder of NYC TLC for-hire vehicle base licence B03760 and a member of the New York Black Car Fund. Boston operations are performed by Lunavii, with livery-plated chauffeurs cleared for the Logan Airport limousine areas. Each market is operated by the company that holds the credentials for it, which is the part most national brands leave vague.

Everywhere else, on the same account

Across the rest of the fifty states, Canada and Europe, we arrange the trip through vetted local chauffeurs. What does not change is your side of it: one account, one point of contact, one invoice, and a fare quoted all-in before you confirm. There is no local contract to negotiate, no foreign card on file, and no vendor to onboard in a city nobody on your team has been to.

Briefed, not merely booked

The difference between a real arrangement and a referral is who talks to the driver. Our dispatcher briefs the local chauffeur before the trip — flight, passenger name, meeting point, and whatever else the traveller needs. A booking that is forwarded and forgotten is not the same product, and the difference only becomes visible when something moves.

Watched from our desk

We track the aircraft and the car, and we call you if something changes. Nobody on your side should be chasing a driver in another time zone at an hour when your office is closed. That is the work we are actually selling in markets where we do not own the vehicles.

How to test it

Book one trip in a city we do not operate ourselves and watch who contacts you when the flight moves. If it is our desk, the structure is real. It is a better evaluation than any coverage map, and we would rather you ran it early than discovered the answer during a roadshow.

Questions

Before you book

Which cities do you operate yourself?+

New York and Boston. Those are our home markets, each run by our own licensed operating company with the fleet depth to cover it.

What happens in a city you do not operate in?+

Your traveller is met by a vetted local chauffeur, booked on your account and briefed by our dispatchers. You deal with us throughout — the booking, the changes, and the invoice.

Is the price different outside your home markets?+

The fare is quoted all-in before you confirm, wherever the trip is. You are never exposed to a local operator's rate card after the fact.

Do you cover international travel?+

Yes — Canada and Europe, including London, Paris and Rome, and further afield when an itinerary calls for it. Tell us where the meeting is and we will confirm before you commit.
