JFK Airport car service
A chauffeur who is already there when you land — into Manhattan, Brooklyn, or onward up the coast.
JFK is the New York airport most international itineraries use, and the one where the gap between landing and leaving varies most. The flight arrives when it arrives; immigration, baggage and the drive in are three separate variables stacked on top.
JFK, LaGuardia or Newark
If the choice is yours, it is usually decided by where the meeting is rather than by the airport. LaGuardia is closest to Midtown and has the least margin for error on a tight schedule. Newark can be quicker than either for the west side and for New Jersey, and slower than both when the Hudson crossings are bad. JFK carries the international traffic and the widest long-haul choice. Anyone telling you one is simply best has not driven all three on a Friday afternoon.
What prearranged actually means here
A prearranged pickup is not a car circling the terminal. The chauffeur is dispatched against your flight and waits in the holding area airports require commercial vehicles to use, then is called forward when you have your bags. That call is usually a text from you, and the few minutes between it and the car appearing is the part travellers most often mistake for lateness.
International arrivals
Coming through customs is a probability, not a time. Book against the flight number and let the dispatcher hold the timing rather than picking a pickup time that looks about right. If the traveller has expedited entry, say so on the profile — being early is its own coordination problem. If they will not have a working local mobile, book the greeter, because curbside coordination depends on a text that cannot be sent.
Put the flight number on the booking
It is the difference between a car that follows your aircraft and one that follows a clock. With it, a delay costs you nothing and nobody has to call anyone. Without it, a two-hour delay becomes two hours of billable waiting — the single most common surprise on a ground transport invoice.

Questions
Before you book
What if the flight is delayed?+
The car moves with the aircraft. We track the flight and reassign the pickup without you needing to call. You are not charged for the delay itself.
Curbside or met inside?+
Both are available. Curbside is faster for a domestic arrival with an experienced traveller; a greeter inside arrivals earns its cost on international arrivals, for guests you are hosting, and with heavy luggage.
Can you do JFK to Boston as one transfer?+
Yes. It is a single booking and a single all-in fare rather than two bookings in two cities, because both markets are ours.
