Miami airport car service
An international gateway where the arrival process, not the drive, is what takes the time.
Miami International handles a heavy share of Latin American traffic, and for many arrivals the journey from wheels-down to kerb is longer than the drive that follows. Planning a Miami pickup means planning the arrivals hall rather than the road.
International arrivals here especially
Book against the flight number rather than a pickup time you have estimated. Immigration queues depend on how many wide-bodies landed in the same half hour, which nobody can plan around at booking. A longer grace window after landing exists precisely for this, and it is worth confirming yours before you need it.
What prearranged actually means here
A prearranged pickup is not a car circling the terminal. The chauffeur is dispatched against your flight and waits in the holding area airports require commercial vehicles to use, then is called forward when you have your bags. That call is usually a text from you, and the few minutes between it and the car appearing is the part travellers most often mistake for lateness.
Where people are actually going
Brickell and Downtown for finance and law, Coral Gables for corporate offices, Miami Beach for hotels and events, and Fort Lauderdale often enough that it should be quoted as its own lane rather than assumed. Each is a materially different drive, so the destination belongs in the booking rather than in a phone call afterwards.
Put the flight number on the booking
It is the difference between a car that follows your aircraft and one that follows a clock. With it, a delay costs you nothing and nobody has to call anyone. Without it, a two-hour delay becomes two hours of billable waiting — the single most common surprise on a ground transport invoice.
- Brickell, Downtown, Coral Gables, Miami Beach
- Fort Lauderdale quoted as its own lane
- Longer grace window on international arrivals
- Meet and greet inside arrivals

Questions
Before you book
What if the flight is delayed?+
The car moves with the aircraft. We track the flight and reassign the pickup without you needing to call. You are not charged for the delay itself.
Curbside or met inside?+
Both are available. Curbside is faster for a domestic arrival with an experienced traveller; a greeter inside arrivals earns its cost on international arrivals, for guests you are hosting, and with heavy luggage.
Should we book a greeter for an international arrival?+
If the traveller does not know the airport, has no working local mobile, or is arriving into a language they do not speak, yes — curbside coordination depends on a text that cannot be sent.
